Processing Time​

Each BK Ceramics piece is handmade with care.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days after purchase.
For made-to-order items, please allow additional time for production (usually 2–3 weeks).

Shipping Rates & Methods​

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your package size.
We currently ship within Canada (and optionally: “and select international locations” if you plan to).
All orders include tracking information once shipped.

Local Pickup​

If you are located in Vancouver, local pickup can be arranged by appointment.

Delivery Time​

​

Estimated delivery times:

• Canada: 3–5 business days

• International: 2–4 weeks (depending on destination and customs)

Damages or Lost Packages​

Each item is carefully packaged to ensure safe arrival.
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details, we’ll do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

Returns & Exchanges​

Because each piece is handmade and unique, we generally do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if there is an issue with your order, please reach out, customer satisfaction is very important to us.
