BK Ceramics

All BK Ceramics pieces are handmade and one of a kind. Small variations in shape, color, and texture are normal and part of the character of each item. Because of this, please read the policy below.

Refunds
​
We only offer refunds in the following situations:
• The item arrives damaged
• You received the wrong item
• The order is lost in transit
To request a refund, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with:
• Your order number
• A photo of the item
• A brief description of the issue
Once approved, refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Exchanges
​
Because each piece is unique, we cannot offer traditional exchanges.
If your item arrived damaged, we can offer:
• A replacement (if a similar item is available)
• Or a refund

Cancellations
​
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase as long as they have not been shipped.

No Returns on:
​
• Custom pieces
• Used items
• Items damaged due to improper care
• Minor variations in color or form (expected with handmade ceramics)

Shipping Costs
​
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged or incorrect.
