Use of the website

Visitors agree to use the BK Ceramics website for lawful purposes only. Any attempt to disrupt or misuse the site, interfere with its functioning, or copy its content without permission is prohibited.

Products and handmade variations

​

All BK Ceramics items are handmade. Natural variations in color, glaze, shape, and texture are normal and do not qualify as defects. Product photos reflect each piece as accurately as possible, but small differences may occur.

Payments

​

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is required at checkout. Transactions are processed securely through third party payment providers. BK Ceramics does not store full payment details.

Shipping

​

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier. BK Ceramics is not responsible for delays that occur after the item has been handed to the shipping provider.

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

​

Refunds and returns are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy. Custom pieces and used items cannot be returned. Orders may be cancelled within twenty four hours if they have not yet shipped.

All images, designs, product names, and written content on this website belong to BK Ceramics. They may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without expressed permission.
